I was recently interviewed by Melissa LaFara on her Energetic Principles Podcast about the upcoming Venus retrograde in Leo as well as a recap of the astrology of 2023 and a look forward to the astrological hot spots for the rest of the year. We did an overview of the entire 2023 astrology in December 2022 and so in this episode reviewed what’s happened so far this year and the key moments to come.

The main focus of this episode, however, is Venus retrograde. The Venus cycle and Venus retrograde periods are one of my favorite aspects of astrology. I enjoyed having the opportunity to talk about the meaning of Venus retrograde in general as well as the specific meaning of this upcoming transit. We also brought in some of the mythology including the connection with Heracles and the Hydra.
