I’m giving a webinar on the 12th House for the ISAR Star Club this upcoming Sunday, July 3 at 12 pm Pacific / 3 pm Eastern time.
Here’s the description:
Shadow Casting of the 12th House
The twelfth house has a difficult reputation in astrological lore. Known as the place of the bad daimon where Saturn finds joy, it has associations with solitude, loss, and suffering. Yet it is also a liminal place in between time and space, symbolized by the Sun’s rise at dawn cracking open the darkness of night with its radiant light. Like our ancestors who erected stones to cast the shadows of the rising sun, we may discover rich resources within the darkness of the twelfth house in spite of the difficulties inherent within its terrain. We’ll explore the depth of meaning to be found in the twelfth house in natal charts as well as timing techniques.
The webinar is free for ISAR (International Society for Astrological Research) members and otherwise costs $14.99 – you need to be present for the webinar if you aren’t a member of ISAR, and won’t have access to the recording unless you are an ISAR member.
